Don't they all have some sort of communication mechanism for hearing the coaches in their helmets?

Pretty sure all QBs have the earpiece… and one person on defense….IIRC it has to turn off with 15 seconds left on the playclock… maybe someone else can confirm/clarify

Maybe that’s our problem. LSU didn’t know the QB could have an earpiece.
