Very refreshing.
He reads the Defense well
He knows the audibles.
He knows the check downs
He knows the progressions
He CAN scramble.
I’ll pump the brakes. But man. Very encouraging.

I like what I see…..he still has plenty to work on (that throw behind Taysom ended a drive). But overall I like what I see

He does a very good job of finding the underneath guys/check downs instead of taking a sack, etc. And also stepping up in the pocket and hitting guys in stride down field.

He hasn’t looked panicky at all, which was his biggest knock. And throwing off his back foot.
Really need to pick up a good guard in the draft or fa in the offseason.

He’s already made 3 or 4 pro bowler level plays this game. If he plays at this level or better through the remaining games, the FO can focus on drafting an elite player at a position other than QB.
