The pieces are there for a new coach

QB- MVB, Hurley(would like to see him next 3 games), transfer
RB- CANT lost Berry. Need more consistent depth
WR- Honestly. Not worried about this position and depth
TE- Tredez, LaFleur, Transfer
OLINE - biggest concern obviously
DLine - McKinley is going to be that guy next year. Need more depth
LB - hoping Whit wants to play with Zach and then plug and play Ross and others
DB’s and safeties - young talent is there and use the transfer
Just my .02

You’re going to see some of these transfer out. We’ll have to kill it in the tranfer portal to saty competitive next year

LSU will be portal shopping for a top flight QB this offseason. Van Buren is a decent QB, but you add in a new coach, especially a big offensive guy, and you land a top transfer QB the program changes overnight.
Harlem Berry, Trey’Dez Green, D.J. Pickett, Dominick McKinley are all musts.
You hope to keep guys like Kyle Parker, and Spears.
Whit coming back would be big.

Maason gave us some plays his true freshman year though. And while not some great force the year after his ACL, he was at least a consistent starter. You could still see the potential as he knocked off the injury rust.
I haven’t seen big Dom flash much of anything this year. I hope he sticks around and improves, but nothing about him says “potential star” at this point.

If I was one of the good players, I would go to a team with real coaching that gives you a chance to win. That isn't LSU right now. Woodward and BK set this program back for years.

I like how Hurley is still brought up as though he will ever do anything. If he were talented enough to play in the SEC they would have already done it.

Dude MVB is not an LSU caliber QB. Where in the world do you guys get this stuff? Nuss being horrible does not make MVB any better.

What talented QB would come to get destroyed behind our O LIne.
We had a 4,000 yd heisman potential QB, starting this year, He has been hurt since the first game. The "backup" looked no better last night.
