Skull and Flamethrower - Psycho who took a shot at another driver

in very safe Rankin County, MS had a bulletproof vest, two gas masks, a pair of brass knuckles, a baton, handcuffs, flamethrower, human skull and a lower jawbone of a human skull, in his vehicle.

As long is this guy didn't personally turn them into human remains or dig them up from somewhere, I don't think any of that shite is illegal to have. Although a few highly questionable items to get pinched with, not illegal. That skull and jawbone is for his own medical research. 
Now of course they will get him on popping off a shot at that woman though. He sure as hell didn't make it easy on himself for possessing that very diverse and very interesting car full of goodies
