German Chancellor Friedrich Merz is warning Syrian refugees to return to their country or else face deportation.

The center-right leader said that following the end of the nation’s civil war, the approximately 1,000,000 Syrian refugees will be expected to repatriate.

“There are now no longer any grounds for asylum in Germany, and therefore we can also begin with repatriations,” the chancellor said on Monday.

Wow, the Trump effect is loud and proud globally! But I'll wait and drink a warm beer WHEN the deportations actually start.

Are they sending back the Christian Syrians who fled, too?

It depends.
Are the Syrian Muslims going to continue slaughtering the Syrian Christians?

I have been to Germany over a dozen times. Have two more trips scheduled in 2026. The deportations/repatriations will be welcomed by many of my friends there. By the way, I have never had a warm beer there, the beer there is cold. So plan a nice cold one.

This...Germany better form their own ICE unit because those 'refugees' are not leaving without a fight...
