I was listening to his SiriusXM show with Chris Childers on my way into work and Rick made this claim while discussing the current job openings across college football.

That can’t be . LSU is so poor. The Rant has been telling me this for years.
1) can’t afford to buy out Miles
2) can’t afford to buy out Orgeron
3) don’t forget about all those assistants
4) never be able to buyout Kelly . They are stuck with him
5) Can’t afford to pay top dollar for a new coach

Yeah. Buffoon, sub 85 IQ Landry probably called Saban personally to tell him “Don’t come. We don’t want you.” when he heard those numbers.

You know, just looking out for the taxpayer and all when the state is ranked 49th across the board

If they are going to make a play for Saban, this is what they would have to do.

It would have to be something earth shattering and short term, with the ability for him to be able to pick his successor.

IF they are going after Saban, this is what an offer would look like.

Some billionaire who didn't go to LSU is paying for it, right? It's hilarious that y'all act like this is your money and that your school and state aren't broke as shite.

I don't believe Saban wants to come back to coaching.

I DO believe, however, that nobody in their right mind immediately says "no" to that kind of offer. If that offer really did happen.

What the frick does this even mean?

If he came and won one more NC, he could have Saban Field at Bryant Denny Stadium and Nick Saban Tiger Stadium in Baton Rouge.

They said Mrs. Terry would probably make him decline it, but the offer is there.

It would break college football and Bama fans. Saban returning to LSU after absolutely dominating college football for nearly 20 years at Bama, which came after him bringing LSU football back from the dead initially, would be the biggest story in college football history in my opinion. The only thing that would eclipse it would be if he were to win multiple additional titles at LSU.

In short, him returning to LSU for a contract like that would be indescribable in my opinion.
