Ok so Willie is given his walking papers. Who would you like to see replace him. I say a young defensive minded coach. I am so tired of seeing teams score at will on us. Your opinions!

Look at that roster and tell me what coach is going to get that roster to play defense? It is a terrible roster. Those guys have never played defense and now you think a new coach will do it?

Dumars is the idiot we all knew he was.

Then get the players in here. The guys definitely aren’t playing hard for Willie.

No no no. Let me rephrase myself. How about a good young offense minded coach that can hire a coach that really knows how to coach defense. Guys blow by us in the lane. Never saw so many layups in my life. Sometimes it looks like 5 on 3. If a player don’t give effort sit his arse. Freaky B league players put out more effort.

When’s last time we had a team that played hard on both sides of the ball? I think it goes all the way back to when we were the Hornets.

Need a coach that can get the most out of a questionable roster and adapt to frequent injuries. That man is Taylor Jenkins.

All the signs are there. Dejounte literally called his arse out 2 games after he came back from his wrist injury. Then Poole is basically staring him down during every game now.

The players hate him and his schitck might have worked when they were young and didn't know better. But that shite don't work anymore and they know his shite doesn't make sense and his lineups and gameplans handicap the team.

The level of effort says it all. This is historical level of bad. He should have never been allowed to stay after last season.

But Murray and Poole need to be called out for being mediocre players on big contracts.

Everyone is mediocre with Green as the coach. The only coach in the league who will play 3 non shooters with Zion thinking that it would ever work.

Freaky B league players are desperately trying to secure a roster spot on a big club

Our team is filled with guys who hate the coach and go on podcasts to laugh about how poverty our franchise is

I believe we go Borrego the remainder of the season, or maybe Collins in a weird switch (like Borrego doesn't want to be in charge short-term and wants a long term deal to take over). I'd wait until the offseason to make a decision, depending on the roster and expectations (rebuild vs whatever we tried to do this offseason).

If it's a rebuild/reset, which I think we all believe it will be, we probably should find a coach that specializes on development. It doesn't have to be a young coach, but I'd like someone with an innovative approach and a specialized system. Maybe think out of the box a bit and go international..

Does Collins really have any value? I have always felt he has a job here because of his relationship with Willie. Is he a valuable assistant?

Well it would be Borrego for the rest of the year and by then who knows who will be available to go get or maybe Borrego turns it around.

Borrego for the rest of the year then hire Taylor Jenkins. Should be cheap enough for Gayle, had proven success in Memphis before injuries derailed it. Memphis is still floundering without him

Throw in trade Zion to recoup some draft picks and I’m for it.
