1. CB1
2. OL (maybe 2). Maybe Fuaga swings to LG and we get a new RT. LG, RG and depending if we move Fuaga to G, RT could be a need.
3. TE
4. LB (new defensive dude)
5. WR

I need to look at the stats after this week…..but I have been worried about Fuaga. He seems to have regressed. Hopefully it’s just me and alcohol

Anyone else seeing this?

okay so how could say this and not pass rusher at all?

Chase Young is good but not great.

He has no one opposite of him doing much.

The Saints have played the hardest part of the schedule though.

Playing next to Ruiz has that effect on people. I think pairing him next to Banks would be better. Hell I think I’d put Penning at RG if he is re-signed.

Kool aid is awful. Chase and granderson is something of sorts. But edge is a need. Not denying. Too many to list. Edge and LB is sort of what I meant by a defensive dude

Grando is a mid player at best.

I'd argue that the Saints need a run stuffer more than anything though.

I know that isn't popular so just know I'm not cramping your take.

This team is so far behind, and I don't respect the people that are in charge.

they are just sitting around making money and safe in their jobs and the Saints fricking suck.

True. Shepard and godchaux haven’t lived up. Bresee is a great hand raiser.

I definitely prefer Penning to Ruiz, but something needs to give at the G position period.

I haven’t rewatched the game, but I didn’t really notice Fortner too much. Hopefully that’s a good thing lol

There isn't a position where the Saints are solid. If there isn't a clear franchise QB in this draft, trade back and get extra picks.

Let’s start with 1 playmaker. Position doesn’t matter to me

The OLine is the biggest issue right now. Wasn't Cesar Ruiz injured for the only win of the year? Draft an OG in the 2nd or 3rd round.

Again, if now clear QB in the 1st, trade back in draft a stud WR 6' 2 or taller with strong hands.

Need #1: They need to apologize. To the city. And to me. For makin' me watch this garbage. I can't be associated with a 1-8 town!
Need #2: They need a star. You know what? I'll be the quarterback. Put me in. I'll sell out the Dome. They'd be chantin' Clifton! Clifton! I'd win more games than these... these amateurs.
Need #3: They need to fire everybody. Fire this 'Moore' kid. Fire the guy who hired him. Fire the guy who makes the popcorn. Burn the whole thing down and start over.
This is boring me. This team is boring. They’re not a football team, they’re a... a tax write-off. Now get lost. I'm thinkin' about my next show.

DT should be at the TOP or near the top of every list

WHEN was the last time you’ve seen a Saints defensive tackle make a play in the backfield on a running play? Get a hand on a runner as they pass by? NOT get blown up by a double team

A dominant interior player would be a godsend to this defense

I'll forgive him because he's likely still hurt, but he got beat like a drum by that elite DL.

That being said --- we really missed out on Byron Murphy or Jared Verse

I'd slide Fuaga to RG and put Penning back at RT

Pass rusher! We need a stud rusher that can be a game changer. That should be number 1 priority. Qb is important but should be the last piece drafted on offense. The line obviously needs work. We don’t have a solid #1 WR and we need a TE. A solid pass rush makes your CBs look a lot better. The Dome Patril made Toi Cook and Vince Buck look serviceable so definitely think we should try to get that difference maker pass rusher.

If there isn’t a clear franchise qb, I can’t imagine we get very much.
