….. the guy is a great offensive mind, a former QB, a great speaker, intelligent, that takes down trodden teams and makes them into winners. Give him LSU resources and this would be scary.

Of course I would take Nick Saban or Lane Kiffin first. But Brohm would be an exceptional hire!

Would love it but he's a Louisville die hard. Don't see him leaving there

I would really like that hire, but I agree with others that I don’t know that he would leave Louisville

He is making $5M a year and at a much lesser program. I would expect he would come to LSU if offered.

He's a good coach that seems to have a knack for winning big games. Not sure about his recruiting prowess, but he's definitely worth taking a hard look at. Would rather him than Eli and some of the other names being circulated.

He's at the school that he and his father played at. I think it will take an extreme circumstance for him to leave.

Life expectancy of a coach here is 4-6 years. 54 is plenty young enough.

You don’t think an extra $5M a year and a chance to compete for National Championships would do it? Might not but I just don’t understand that.

He turned down multiple offers while at Purdue waiting on Louisville to open up. I'd love Brohm but good luck getting him.

He is the mayor of Louisville. He isn’t going anywhere. LSU fans would hate him too.

His whole family is Louisville royalty. I think he'd rather try to raise Louisville as high as they can get than going somewhere else, I get the sense that means a lot to him.

Also there's something be said for job security, he has an extremely long leash over there that he wouldn't have if he took a higher profile job.

That is my number 1 candidate. I would love a Brohm hire at LSU. Lashlee, Drink and Dilly would be next on my list. No Lea for me.

Wait, so you are excluding him because he is 54?
But I assume you also want skins on the wall correct? Or are you simply willing to throw a dart at the wall from 75 yards and hope you hit something?
Please tell us who exactly by name is the best option and what exact age group you require…

His father and two brothers. Same city they all grew up in. He’s king of Louisville.
