Once Indians get control of hiring in any company, they only hire Indians. Anyone who works for a large company can attest to this There is no "unity" in diversity.

This is true. My old employer was F500 whose DNA is engineering based and a lot of back office engineering done in India. The best climb the ranks there locally and then the top minds of that crop make jump over to US. The best of those move into leadership in the US office and then hire a lot of Indians locally. The HR leader needs to understand this talent strategy and pipeline and therefore is oftentimes Indian as well to facilitate this process.
The reality is most of those getting hired on are smart, hardworking and good people (plenty of bad apples too, just like US population) that come from a different culture and country. The reality also is that it’s taking away from the dwindling employment opportunities in the US.
It is a near term cost play for the company. Long term, I think it stifles innovation and execution.
The US companies have a duty to maximize profits for shareholders and they don’t care how it comes so long as it’s sustainable enough to last until the next quarter’s earnings release.

Its why I left Dallas-Fort Worth for good. It had gotten out of hand.
Indians take over one decision making role in a company and its over. They push out all the Americans and then hire nothing but Indians because they get kick backs from the consultancies
And interviewing for jobs is pointless because the H4EAD spouses of the green card managers are the HR gatekeepers

Its often the H4EAD spouse of the green card manager
The green card manager works with the H1B bodyshops like Cognizant and Tata and gets a kickback of the wage arbitrage
