New Polls show Zohran Mamdani expanding his lead to 25 percentage points

Two new polls released on Thursday showed Assemblyman Zohran Mamdani maintaining or expanding his sizable lead in the New York City mayoral race, as the two other major candidates strive for a late surge in the final days of the campaign.

A poll by Emerson College showed Mr. Mamdani, the Democratic front-runner, leading by 25 percentage points. He has led the field since his upset victory in the June primary.

The Emerson poll found that among New Yorkers who had already voted, 58 percent had cast their ballots for Mr. Mamdani.

I don’t care how much he destroys that armpit. However, it is going to just make more of those bastards head south. No thanks.

He has a wealth of polling points that should be shared with those who don’t have as many.

My biggest fear is he gets in and he doesn't implement his agenda as stated... they secretly trojan horse in more dem socialist under the guise of "see, we're not bad like claimed... get rid of esstablisment Dems" and then they turn it on once they complete the coup.

It has been 50 years since Gerald Ford told NYC to drop dead, when they wanted a federal bailout. Will soon see a similar headline.

Less than 24 years and over three thousand deaths a city with the highest population of Jews outside of Israel is going to elect a Communist Jihadist. Make it make sense.

It will be interesting to see what Trump does here and what kind of leverage he has.....as a former New Yorker he isn't going to sit back and watch it happen.

I don't think he'll cave. He realizes that the only way NYC gets their next Rudy is to have David Dinkins (Mamdani).

It’s so sad. As a very young(22)stockbroker trainee in 1987 I lived there for 8 weeks in a terrible hotel next to Madison Square Garden with 60 others in the class. A year later had supplemental training with only 14 others for another 4 weeks. Stayed at the Meridian in midtown. Some of the best times I’ve ever had. Never felt unsafe and learned a lot and had a great time. Went to two US Open tournaments in the early 2000s and the same. It’s by far the greatest city in the World. It’s a very sad day for America if he wins.
