Nuss and Kelly all have the same agent.

Is it possible LSU proves conflict of interests between them and get a for cause fire on Kellly? Kelly pushing for a hurt Nuss to play since agent was trying to boost his draft position?
Edit: I cannot find a reliable source for Woodward’s agent so I will leave that out for now.

Why would sharing an agent make Kelly want to promote Nuss's career over the welfare of the team?
Kelly doesn't get an extra benefit.

Kelly gets a guaranteed 90% contract. What does he really have to risk by keeping Nuss in? Getting fired and paid 90% is his worse case scenario. Why not help your agent by playing your agents QB as a “thanks” for my guaranteed contract

The agent is Jimmy Sexton. He represents Saban, Kelly, Woodward, Nuss, Kirby Smart, Lane Kiffin, and a ton of other players and coaches

3 years ago I was negotiating with and old friend to buy his business as he wanted to retire. I asked my lawyer about this as my friend wanted to use my lawyer who he also knew well. My lawyer said I can talk to him but I can't legally advise his as I can't represent both of you on the sales contract.
What I think is at issue here and why Landry is upset is that with both parties represented by the same agent there is a serious conflict. LSU legal should have been the 1st to raise this issue.
While I think Landry is a self serving politician and not the brightest bulb in the box he does have a legitimate point and it needs to be addressed.
