No he’s not, and when you start bringing up some stuff like broken culture, you’re pushing it and agenda

If anything give the guy an interview. Would be great experience for him. I think given the right opportunity and support crew he would make a good HC.

The culture isn't broken the coach couldn't adapt. I hope Sheppard gets a Head Gig somewhere just not here for his first try.

He's been a coordinator for an extremely talented NFL team for half a year, has only been in coaching 4.5 total years, and has never had a coaching position in college.

I think he is definitely worth an interview, I’d just like to see the guy as a HC somewhere else first. Problem is, if he does a good enough job in Detroit he will be an NFL head coach. To me, it’s a very intriguing option that could pay off spectacularly.

Ok, he's still not right for the job. LSU was not where you want to be breaking in a first year defensive coordinator as a head coach.
