I think it's almost certain that he'll be asked for his advice on the search even if he has no interest in the job.
Also possible he's doing prep work for LSU-Bama next weekend or doing business in Baton Rouge. Doesn't he still co-own businesses here?

If Nick would be talking to LSU representative it surly would not be in BR! That would be insane. Just like the first time we hired him it was at an out of town location. Word of him in town would spread like wild fire!

Can you imagine the rant-hours it would take to start cross referencing flights if they all started meeting in neutral locations to throw us off?
