Dude could retire at the end of the year and would be undisputedly be one of the top 5ish players in NBA history and some talking heads would still diminish his skills and production.

I think we will, tbh.

The game is well suited to produce centers like him.

IIRC Jordan led the league in PER 7 times, LeBron 6. Joking had his 5th last year and will probably lead again this year. He's already an all-timer and only rings will elevate him further in the public eye imo

Joker hasn’t been playing as much in 4th quarters due to being up by too many points. He’s balling too hard I guess…

The best attribute Jokic has is his brain. No matter the size, guys with basketball IQs like his have been few and far between in NBA history. He's a 7 foot tall Chris Paul.

Joker is the single player who has made me the most money on prop bets the last couple years. He is so damned reliable.

I was watching a Nuggets broadcast last year and the announcers said Joker actually tries every game to get a triple-double and they keep him abreast of what stats he needs.

He needed 2 assists to get it last night late in the 3rd quarter, and since they were prison-raping the Pelicans, he wasn't going to play the 4th quarter, so he had to get those 2 assists. And sure enough, he made it a point to be a passer instead of a scorer and got them. I have seen him do it numerous times. How good do you have to be to where you can almost dictate at will which stats you are going to put up?

Joker truly is the Ice Cube guy who "messes around and gets a triple-double"

If Jokic gets a triple double on Friday against the Trail Blazers, he will stand alone as the only player in NBA History to start a season with 5.

He’s continuing to get triple doubles by the 3rd quarter. I believe he’ll pass the Big O this year, and even WestGoat’s record is in jeopardy. A CENTER.

SGA and Embiid’s MVPs are fraudulent. By every stat and historical pace he SHOULD be tying Kareem with 6 MVPs this year. Alas, MVP has turned into a “who’s turn is it this year” award.

If Wemby stays healthy and keeps it up, (and that is a big if) he’s walking away with the MVP

Had he play in the 80s or 90s, these online “experts” would said he wouldn’t be athletic enough to play in today’s game.

The scary part is he has a better AST:TOV ratio than guards too...
