If Scott is gone who ever comes in better leave Johnson alone unless it’s to tell him yes sir we will get you whatever you need.
Things are getting messy and they better not ruin the good thing we have.

I’m sorry. Your premise is insane.

I don’t think you have to worry about an AD firing Jay Johnson

I think he’s worried about Jay Johnson leaving if he doesn’t get everything he wants

It’s always something that’s is a concern with a new AD. They want their guy in.
Just don’t want to lose Jay because of some BS.

I'm wait and see on whether this is something to worry about.
But you're right that it's something to think about.
Sometimes an AD that didn't hire the baseball coach can make a decision that essentially pushes that coach out the door to an MLB job 3 years later.

You need to slide a tampon in . Good lord !!

Just think about what you’re suggesting. Then try again.
Let’s just assume facts:
1)Scott Woodward is not gone.
2)Jay Johnson will answer to whoever is the AD.
3)Things are already messy, not getting messy.
4)No one knows how all this will resolve.

I hope Jay gets out and he will. This is a sinking ship.

Johnson has been consistent with every interview he has ever done on the topic. He never came here for Scott Woodward in the first place.

Good grief, this might…might be the most retarded thing I’ve read on this site this week. And that’s saying something

Any and every AD would be the stupidest man in whatever state to get rid of a coach having the success like Jay Johnson is just to put their own touch on the program. Not only success, but he’s a very likable guy.
