Any chance the Bama game could be close?

I believe our defense could give Simpson trouble. He is a pocket passer and we seem to do better against this style of QB. If Weeks can play it may be closer than a lot of people think.

Well if we run the ball effectively and control TOP, play well against a more traditional style offense, then yeah it could be much closer. Plus Bama doesnt really know what to prepare for. Hell they dont really know who the QB is going to be.

Of course there is. Teams usually get a renewed energy after a coach is fired. Bama will have difficulty gameplanning against us b/c they have no idea what to expect from our offense. I'm not saying LSU wins the game, but there is a possibility we come out swinging and can rack up some points early.

You realize they beat 4 ranked teams in consecutive weeks? 2 of which on the road.
South Carolina was 100% a trap game.
