20 minutes to understand 5 "exercises"? Is it just stretching?

I have started stretching every morning, and my back is much improved since I've started.

1. Seated Toe-Grab stretch
2. Shoulders flat hip rotations
3. Cat - Cow
4. Ankle Rotations
5. Elevated Legs

Seems to be retaining mobility and lubrication fluid movement (brain, spine, joints).
