Series question. Better short throws? Better deep ball? Better mobility? Better game manager? Im a little lost here.

I haven’t seen him play enough for LSU to judge if he’s better Passer than Nussmeier.

The only other note I can make… is he’s obviously more mobile than Nussmeier so that would help in dealing with LSU’s porous OL.

A better question is what does Nussmeier do well? Runs well? Scrambles to buy time? Makes good decisions? His passes are always accurate? Moves the offense and picks up first downs? Pocket awareness?

Dumb question. We don’t know enough about MVB to determine this.

All we know is MVB is a little more mobile.

Well if you go by last years tape he can do a ton. Herbstreet mentioned in the Vandy game that Nuss has had a strained oblique and I've injured that and it hurts a lot. I had to shut down working out for about 6 weeks and then go back at it with caution. Walking. Outside and sneezing felt like I injured it all over every time. So if he really has had a strained oblique this whole time props to him. I know MLB pitchers get shutdown when that injury happens so props to Nuss for battling through it if it's true.

When healthy, his deep ball was the best in the country. But he needs to just sit out the rest of the season and get ready for the Combine.

MVB looked great, even if it was the end of the game. Will MVB be QB1 next year? Who knows, too many unknowns until we get a HC. Let MVB get reps

I would assume checks, reads, better arm/accuracy, & overall operation of the offense. There are things that MVB does better than Nuss too

better arm/accuracy

This may be true normally or at some point in the past, but it isn’t right now.

Don’t need to assume I saw them both play a week ago.

I can’t comment on reads, but doesn’t seem to have ever had a problem moving the offense in any appearance this year.

Let MVB play a full game and you will soon see, I suspect.

I’m telling you… MVB can change our Offense overnight. We need to start him.

Nuss can’t do anything better than my youngest son’s middle school QB can do. Middle school kid can run, and throw it down field.

I think people look at his size and pedigree and automatically think he's better . Drew Brees, Doug Flutie and Russell Wilson have been dealing with that misconception their entire careers.

I think van Buren will play a lot more but prob not start.

You also know he moved LSU offense down the entire field, scored a TD in the last 2 1/2 min of the atm game. Did no one see this. I’ve yet to see anything on this
