I blame all of our woes on Josh Copeland fumbling on his way into the endzone at Bama

We were '' that close to knocking em off and becoming king of the pile.
Decades long impact outside of the Shrimp Boat King.

His first name was Josh? Never knew that.

Don't think we were winning that 2013 game anyway, but who knows.
Wasn't he also the one who committed a big unsportsmanlike penalty in the game against Bama the year before that was really costly?

If Michael Ford would have not stepped out of bounds we beat bama 13-6 and not had to play them twice in 2011

Not quite.
Javoddron “JC” Copeland

I will never forget that play

Javoddron Reon Holloway "J. C." Copeland is an American former college football player who was a defensive end and fullback for the LSU Tigers.
It's not Josh.

All is forgiven from those times because it ultimately led to 2019.
Well, mostly forgiven...

LSU could have won that game 50-6 and Bama would have gotten the rematch. 2011 was never supposed to be our year, and the powers that be in CFB made sure to make that happen.

This!!! All past logic went out the window to put in a one loss non con champion into the national championship game. They got it right however I’d take Saban any day of the week on a rematch with a month and a half to prep for a one dimensional offense

Ah hell for some reason I always thought the J was Josh

I blame the seal clapping, retard that thought it was a good idea to give it to our fat un athletic full back

Copeland tried to stiff arm an Alabama player (who may have been from Louisiana) while going into the end zone. Was totally unnecessary to do that and he fumbled and Bama recovered it.
The year before when LSU was matching down the field early in the game and Copeland smashes (blocking?)into a Bama player long after the runner has been tackled. Result was a penalty and LSU had to settle for a field goal.
He played a pivotal role in both games losses by only a few points. He was a momentum killer.
