Art briles is an incredible coach. He’s a sketchy character but he would have won big at LSU.
Jimbo made perfect sense until about 2015.

Then you weren't here. People were calling to hire Sumlin when he was at Houston and racking up yards, meanwhile while we trotting out Andrew Hatch. Then Sumlin took over at A&M and went 11-2 with a Heisman his first year. He was the hottest name around for a while.

Today on Barstool, Hebert asked Gruden if he'd ever been contacted for the LSU going back to when Miles was coach. Gruden said "No, not to my knowledge."
