Straight from California Highway Patrol (CHP), Gavin Newsom has instructed them to ignore federal law and not make truck drivers comply with English proficiency
Trucker “Are they making you guys comply with English proficiency?”
CHP “They said don't enforce it. They said specifically don't enforce it. This came from top down — We don't enforce that rule.”
Now pair this with the fact a Federal Audit uncovered California Issued 62,000 commercial drivers licenses to Undocumented Immigrants
It’s time to lock up Gavin Newsom

They believe they are doing the right thing by helping the illegals find gainful employment. They never ever look at the pros and cons. It makes them feel like they’re helping someone. The unintended consequences never cross their minds

Invalidate all California issued CDLs let all the insurance carriers know this and see how quickly thing get addressed

Truck drivers are hard to find nowadays because not many want to do the job. Illegals will do it so the rules are being broken and leaders looking the other way. Bonus votes for liberal politicians

Whoever issued that order should be held responsible for those traffic deaths, anything less, then justice in our current form doesn’t exist.

Every red state needs to check the trucks coming in from California for illegal CDL at the weigh stations. Arrest the drivers and let the cargo sit. Then fine the companies hiring the illegal truck drivers.

I drove from St Pete area to Tallahassee 2 weeks ago. I saw green and white CBP vehicles at several points along I-75. Less on I-10. Drove the back way home on 589/US19 and they were posted up there as well. All weigh stations were open. Definitely voted for that.

Maybe, for a very small majority this is true but for Brylcreem Gavin he is
1. kissing minorities and illegals asses just to get votes.
2. doing anything and everything he can to contradict or try to piss off Trump.

There is science behind this. The Left literally on a cognitive level ( literal brain scans ) prefer the outsider to the tribe. This is why they discard their parents and transfer their phony compassion to the idea of illegal immigants. I say idea because it’s not like they personally help immigrants and welcome them into their homes and other tangible expressions of empathy.
