Rumors are that can and will make Kiffin the highest paid Coach. 80 plus mill. 13plus a year.

I can’t imagine that he would pass up something like that.

Ole Miss will offer something close. I don’t think money will be the deciding factor.

I feel like theres no way he doesnt leave OM at some point. He already kind of peaked with them, he has them doing well but I dont think OM will ever win anything of note.

Im sure he is either ready, or close to ready, to jump ship for somewhere that can win.

I wanted him to replace O a few years back.

I spoke with an Ole Miss grad/Gator fan a few days ago about this. He’s convinced Kiffin is very attached to Oxford and won’t leave. Kids are there etc.

I think Kiffin has always been about Kiffin. We’ll see.

unless they totally melt down, they're gonna be in the playoffs this year. Anything can happen once you get in.

With an expanded playoff, NIL, and the transfer rules, I have a feeling we're going to see teams that have previously peaked be able to do things they never could before.

That’s what OM fans tell themselves but at the end of the day it’s about ego and desire

Does he want to have a chance to win a national championship or not? That won’t be done at Ole Miss.

High pressure job. They will keep firing coaches till they find the next Spurrier. One down season and the fans will give coach heart troubles

IMO, I really think Lane is content in Oxford and there’s only a handful of jobs he’d leave for. And I don’t think Florida is one. I think he realizes the value of job security and reasonable expectations. Plus he has pretty much the whole family back around up there.

Wouldn’t be stunned if he went to UF, but if I had to bet today, I’d bet that he’s not going.

I don’t think Florida is a great job as it was 10+ years ago.

The Admin doesn’t invest in Football and all the boosters are Yankees from NY.

LSU would be a much better fit for Kiffin with our culture and landscape

It’s also tough when Georgia and Miami/FSU are up. It’s definitely a good job, but I don’t think it’s a no brainer, you have to take it no matter what job.
