Looking for a good off-road Pedal bike
The ole Facebook marketplace special ain’t cutting it anymore. Planning on doing some hunting with this bike.

$500 is not gonna get you much in the Mountain bike world, but a specialized rockhopper is a solid choice
Main thing with the bike is to get it sized right for you, too big / too small will ruin the whole experience
And a full suspension rig, well that’s another animal…

As someone mentioned, $500 won't get you much.
Expand your budget and get a Jones bike SWB (or LWB if you're a taller person). It's pretty much the best bike on the market that can do anything and it's bullet proof.

Honestly the Jones bike is probably the only bike I would recommend for hunting and traveling through the woods. Another is a Salsa Fargo, but it's much more expensive than a Jones bike.
