This will allow the locals to perform aerial fly-bys instead of the usual drive-bys in a Nissan Altima with two donuts and no plates

Saw them at the Hammond air show a few weekends back. Lots of people doing rides. Don't know if it was the same company but they also had a Korean era helicopter giving rides. Pretty cool to see one that old. Even had MASH written on it.

Not a real experience unless the pilot is wearing NODs and/or you kick up an opaque cloud of dust when you take off and land.

Did that there when I was about 9. Went straight up about 100' and came back down almost immediately. Dumbest $20 I saw my friend's mom spend but she seemed to buy the boys whatever they want, including the entire NES catalog.
I would never pay for something like that.
