Why Kiffin to LSU makes a lot of sense

-Lane is an offensive guru. He can call plays and recruit off of Burrow, JD, Nabers, JJets, Chase, Fournette etc. The most talented kids will be walking over glass to play for him.
-Defensive is Kiffins kryptonite. But that is an Ole Miss problem. They can’t recruit high school like LSU can. Louisiana is littered with studs and Kiffin knows that.
-Tiger Stadium. This might be #1 reason he comes. He knows how hard it is to win on the road here. Vaught Hemingway is a funeral compared to Tiger Stadium.
Random, but I really do think Lane would come coach. His son came here on a recruiting trip last week

You people need to get off this shite, Kiffin is either signing a huge extension or signing a new contract elsewhere this season. LSU will not have a coaching vacancy this season and possibly even next.

I’m personally so on board for this. Feels like Lane understands so well how to run a program in this era, and we’d never be dependent on an offensive coordinator with him at HC. As long as he’s got a good DC with him, he’ll put out a very solid team.
BK will need to turn things around tremendously to get the fanbase to stop having this very conversation.

Kiffin was snubbed once by LSU and will opt for Florida. Florida has already fired their coach and can move forward when appropriate time comes. As long as Ole Miss in the hunt for playoffs nothing will be announced but you know they have been talking. Meanwhile, LSU is dead in the water with BK.
