Reality is toughness is lacking under the BK tenure

The common denominator in all our big losses under Kelly Beyond getting outcoached is we get out toughed and out physicaled. Vandy absolutely mauled us on both lines of scrimmages. Ole Miss bullied our soft arse offensive line and our d line even got controlled by the miss run gsme late in the game. Lack of toughness and physicality falls on your head coach. It’s cool to have a bunch of weapons and elite cover guys but continuing to line up and got punched in the mouth especially on the offensive line is simply embarrassing and not LSU football. For someone whose expertise is suppose to be o-line development, BK has failed to establish consistent toughness upfront

Every LSU team under BK has been SOFT AF. That’s not going to change til he’s gone.

I never felt BK had any idea what “tough” was. I haven’t seen it in any of his teams. His argument for leaving ND was he could get “athletes”. Well I haven’t seen many athletes he recruited and I haven’t seen much improvement in the years he’s been here. He reminds me of DiNardo, but maybe worse.
I despised Les Miles, but that bastard was ten times better than this a-hole.

Honestly, probably valid.
He isn't getting an offense like 2023 LSU at Notre Dame. Unfortunately, he forgot to field a defense.

Whole lot of pouting and quitting under BK
#7 would be benched by any serious head coach

Unfortunately, Kelly has forgotten too many things. His coaching career is very close to being over. This home game versus a&m will be the most important he’s ever coached. I dare that arrogant sumbich to lose the next 3 in a row.

Perkins disgraced the 7 jersey Saturday . Dog shite effort, getting manhandled in the run game, taking awful blitz angles and consistently losing containment on pavia. With whit out it was his job to step up as a leader and set the tone. Instead, he was arguably the worst defensive player on the field he was that awful.

The A&M game is truly his last chance to win back any sort of trust from the fanbase that’s it. The season and the rest of his tenure will spiral out of control fast if that game goes south. Playoffs on the line, rivalry game , night in Death Valley in front of a restless and tired fanbase.

Meh, he gets paid either way.
No reason to get emotional over it, it's just sports.

He’s failing as a CEO he’s had too many missteps at picking a staff. Steeples was a disaster as cb coach , Brad Davis has been awful at OL coach despite his recruiting pedigree, Joe Sloan is a whiff as OC

I think it would just prolong the inevitable, people said the same about the Clemson game and here we are.
At this point, he'd have to win a natty to win the fanbase back.

It's been a problem since year two. I guess year one they were still tough from the previous staff.

I don’t think he delivered in any aspect of football. No speed. No toughness. With the exception of Jayden Daniels offense, we haven’t really had a killer offense. And defense has sucked pretty much since day one. Don’t get me started in special teams.
It starts with a plan and a program. Whatever he has sucks. Then it goes to recruiting/athletes - he’s lacking there with mental acuity, toughness, speed, QB IQ, receivers ability to catch a pass, defensive players capable of tackling. Then it goes to coaching phase I is strength and conditioning. Phase II is game preparation and repetition of plays. Phase III is in-game coaching and adjustments. I don’t see much — if anything to get excited about, Jayden Daniels notwithstanding.

BK himself is uber soft, so this shouldn't surprise you that it trickles down to the team.

Cd104 You hit a home run on No 7 He was lost in space the entire game

Its time to retire the 18 and 7 jerseys for the reasons they are given to players.
