Our only legitimate hope is BK hires new Coordinators OR is somehow TOLD to.

Bingo, what I posted earlier today about the OC. Go get a great one with Kelly's buyout money saved..... Like Miles, Kelly is a CEO and needs great assistants.

Uh ...I'm pretty happy with Baker as DC. The problem is on the offensive side.

Miles was forced to keep jimbo for continuity and he was NOT allowed to bring Bill Clay his DC at okie lite who was atrocious. instead he hit a homerun hiring pellini.
The issue is DInardo, MIles and O all failed once the good OCs and DCs left.
We need a HC who can call one side of the ball. WE have said this for ages. CUM, CLK and others can do that.

I agree 100% with that. we need a new OC and probably a new O-line coach as well.

Very few HCs do that. Even Saban didn't do that.

Those are your CFP NC coaches.
Of that list, only Kirby was an actual OC/DC. The rest went from position coaches straight to HC - (caveat, Day had a single year as OC/playcaller at OSU before being promoted to HC)

Coordinators won’t make the team tougher or more disciplined. It won’t give us the swag and the attitude that past teams had. BK is a cancer and needs to be removed.

We don’t want to spend any money replacing Kelly but we will spend tens of millions for an offensive staff and player reset. Kelly is basically a lame duck coach.

Lake boy 7 you get if there's no doubt about it, that is the problem. And I was listening to sports talk this morning. What type of coordinator on the offensive side are you going to get that basically comes in knowing he may have a 1-year stent? I mean it's not like way back in the day when Jerry stovall lost Mac Brown and he brought in Morris Watts and it was a one-year deal. And of course more slots at that point in time was horrible and he did do a better job when he came back with Nick Saban. But like I say and like everybody knows the money's not there to pay off Brian Kelly and all the coaches on his staff and try to go higher a proven head coach. Unless for some reason you go to somebody like John someraw, maybe a Jeff braum. Maybe the guy at South Florida. You might could get them on the cheap and use payout money to Kelly but we are stuck like Chuck right now. I hate to say I mean I know he will make changes. He has to make changes with Sloan and Brad Davis on Cortez hankton. They're not cutting it. No doubt about it real worried with the defense we cannot stop a running quarterback and if Diego Pavia ran all over us I can only figure what Marcel Reed is going to do Saturday night as well as green up in Arkansas. He's going to be a tough haul down the road

O -line is a bigger issue than OC. Good line play and this team is undefeated even with Sloan. The greatest OC in the world couldn't scheme around this trash O line.
