There must be way more boobs than that. 8 billion people on earth. Half are female. Most of those will be old enough to have boobs. So more like 3 billion pairs of boobs. Or 6 billion individual tits.

ETA I wasn't thinking about the fact the OP was off by a factor of 1000.
In keeping with tOT standards there are 3.1 billion women over the age of 18 so 6.2 billion boobs give or take a few mastectomies.
So about 293,500 miles of pussy, slightly more than miles from the earth to the moon.

My 95 yr old grandma is only rocking one tit. She got a tumor in one of them very late in life and said frick it…take it all off and don’t worry about replacing. She walks around with one saggy tit and nothing on the other side and it’s hilarious.
