Unfortunately we'd need 2/3 of the senate to impeach this smooth-brained retard.

She’s the dumbest person to ever sit on the court, but that’s also not what she said. It was an analogy. A dumb one, but there’s no reason to lie about it.

I mean, come on, Stout......it is a 5 page thread with 100 replies, on the first page, just a few posts down from yours.

I'm starting to think you're the disabled one.

She flat-out said black people are disabled at the end of her stupid analogy. If you are disabled, you are protected by the ADA

An analogy implying that black people are inherently mentally/intellectually inferior...

….within the context of the analogy.

Pretend otherwise all you wish, but it’s pretty stupid to do so.

Much better to just argue that her point and the analogy are dumb as frick instead of trying to create or spread clickbait faux outrage.

Someone doesn’t understand what an analogy is. Her *stupid* point was the VRA is to blacks what the ADA was to the disabled. Milligan made that same argument and it’s still a foundational case on that point.

Again, just attack the merits without fake proxy outrage. Pretending like you actually think she was saying blacks are disabled just makes you a non serious person.

It was retarded and deserves to be ridiculed no matter the context.

Agreed completely. Which is why morons like Eric Dougherty and anyone who follows or spreads his bullshite are dumb as shite.

It’s an easily assailable argument without lying to create clickbait straw men

No, not within context- she point blank said it outside of her analogy.

Not in the clip in the OP, she didn’t.

Not all at... she referenced the Milligan decision, which used disabled in a classic sense. She said that black people are disabled from accessing the voting process, meaning that they are not allowed the same type of access. Got nothing to do with a physical disability.

At the very end of the clip she most certainly did.
