Per Google search, these are the attributes of an NFL QB. How does Nuss compare to JB & JD?

Accuracy
Arm strength
Footwork
Poise
Anticipation
Mobility
Pocket Presence
Toughness

He had one of them prior to this year. His arm looked better on Saturday but everything else… not so much

Not to flame the guy but he falls behind the other two in every category in my opinion. He may have more arm strength than Daniels but hasn’t displayed it this year.

He could have the best metrics in all of those categories, but none of that matters if he throws it to the other team almost as much as he throws it to his own.

You don’t have to be a Heisman winner to play qb in the NFL

HUH? Nuss can barely get the ball 35 yards down the field. His weakest attribute is deep passes and Daniel’s best is his deep ball, what do you guys watch where you come to these conclusions lol

I’m not a NFL scout but I’d be pissed if my team drafted Nuss.

Some of the physical tools may be there but I don’t see him ever having the mental game for it. Too many mental mistakes. I’d love to know how many times Nuss fails to audible into a better play based on his read of the defense.

Do you not pay attention to the fact that he has been injured all year. The guy has the stronger arm out of JB and JD. You can look at the past years and see that something is hindering him this year. If he can work on the deep ball accuracy when healthy, he had what the NFL is looking for.

So we are just going to ignore his terrible decision making that has not improved one bit since his freshman year?

Arm talent alone won’t cut it in the NFL

Day and night. With either JD or JB I bet big that LSU wins the NC.

Yep, and it’s a slap in the face to our defense.

I don’t know about Daniels, but Nuss has a better arm than Burrow. Burrow is like Joe Montana was; neither had good arm strength, but they made such good and fast decisions that they didn’t need it. Daniels also had elite decision making and a stout arm. That’s where Nuss struggles - decision making.

I think Nuss will have a career in the NFL, but I think it will be mainly as a backup. I wouldn’t draft him in the first three rounds unless he goes wild the rest of the year.

Why shite on the kid when he’s the leader of this team? Maybe cheer for him instead of dissect his NFL future of what you know jack shite about just as anyone else.
