These gifts don’t come around often. Pavia will not be able to move the ball against this defense.

Our defense will absolutely basically shut him out. Offense, will be high powered running game, throwing it for chunk plays right and left.
The team isn't flying back until Sunday afternoon because we're going to drag our nuts allover Vandy and their cheerleaders and then drag our nuts allover every bachelorette party on Broadway Saturday night

Hell yeah just like we did that D2 qb right? That’s how this works?

Maybe...but I expect Nussmeier to keep Vandy in the game until late in the 4th quarter.

And the Sunday song will be, "well, if he didn't do this thing here and that thing there, and some other thing some other place, we would have won by alot." And that's probably not wrong.

Thats exactly what's going to happen.

Expect another close game baws, hopefully the defense can hold them to 18 or less!

We barely won with a defense that was ranked #79. Different team this year.

Vanderbilt has one of the worst pass defenses in the SEC. If LSU scores 28 points they'll win this easily.

Public is also on Vandy this week which isn't a good sign for the Commodores

All the respect in the world to what Vandy has done in turning from doormat to competitive, but this line is just wrong, and I will be hammering LSU this week. I haven't felt this confident about a line being incorrect in a while. That's not to say that Vandy can't beat us if we make the mistakes we've shown that we're capable of making, but LSU should be about a touchdown favorite over Vanderbilt on a neutral field, and this game will essentially be a neutral crowd with the showing I'm thinking LSU fans are about to make.

Check the WRs, TEs and RBs around him and compare them to Vandy. Or maybe don’t bother because there is absolutely no comparison to be made there.

When our defense can focus on shutting down one or two players, the other team struggles to do much of anything. We just saw that with Sellers. Ole Miss put more stress on our defense because of what they have around Chambliss. You can’t just focus on him or you end up giving up plays like the pass that sealed the game.

Vandy’s offense is better coached than USC’s, but Bama has already proven that, if you slow down Pavia, he starts making mistakes and their offense grinds to a complete halt. He doesn’t have the cast around him to go win games when he’s the focus of a strong defense.

Tell us honestly- does Pavia have the weapons around him that Chambliss does? Are they anywhere close to the same?

I felt so confident against ole miss man. I rarely give LSU out as a bet, and got burned that one.

Hate to burst your bubble, but Vandy gives up less rushing yards per game than LSU
