Half empty stadium in a 7pt SEC game…. How intimidating… lol

It’s laughable…. Looks terrible on TV

And before you ask why I’m not there.. I’m talking about all these “die hards” who love to tell you they were at the national championship games, etc…

Bandwagon. It’s embarrassing

Not much to cheer for on LSU offense wise and the game was pretty much over at that point anyway. SC wasn't driving up and down on that field to string together multiple scoring drives. Sellers got pass rushed on practically every drop back. That was one of the worst blocking efforts I've seen from an OL.

Yeah they rarely cut to the crowd after halftime on the broadcast last night. And when they did, I was pretty shocked at how empty it was.

It is kind of shocking that we're still seen as the best atmosphere in CFB. The key is, it has to be in a season where we're relevant and the other team is top 10 and it's at night, and not too hot, and it's an extremely close score going into the 2nd half.

All the ones leaving will be the first to storm the field if they beat Aggies and cost us $500 grand

People have their reasons for leaving. I get it. But just the reality of the situation is Tiger Stadium is a shell of its former glory. Its really only at its peak 1 maybe 2 times a year. Success has spoiled Tiger fans to the point that we don't just enjoy the ride of a close game. Instead of being vocal in a close conference game, as a top 10 team, its "this shite sucks. This is awful. Fire Kelly. Let's get out of here"

You couldn't get into LSU.

Now you can't afford to go to LSU games.

So you have to toll for attention. Sad.

It’s not just LSU. Ole Miss was much worse.

The TV timeouts wear people down. Halftime doesn’t need to be an hour. They need to get the games back under 3 hours.

The tailgate priority crowd and “there for the social media” crowd seemingly grows every year

You simply have a sizable percentage of the crowd that doesn’t care about the actual game or outcome, and thus will leave at any time no matter the game situation

that’s a crock of shite! cell phones, social media, and over saturation of sports coverage has killed the TS atmosphere and mystique

I go to every game, but I do question myself if I want to continue. The tv experience continues to get better, while in person gets worse in all aspects. It’s not just TS, but campus is absolutely ghetto now.

It’s troll, not toll.

Couldn’t get into LSU? Grfoh… you know nothing.

Probably coming from a “real, blue collar man” who may not of
Graduated high school

Lol

It's far greater than this. Things like LSU making it worse to tailgate consistently every year, the horrible traffic situation, viability of HD TV, media, costs, economics for many, etc. all contributes to this too. Don't undersell environment as a big factor. BR ain't the same location it was 40 years ago.
