And after those tackles it looked like no lower leg injury.

Does he have a lower back injury that gets tweaked every time he’s tackled?

I also believe this to be true. Gives him an out for playing sub-par.

He twisted his ankle pretty bad in 1H.

With that said, what annoys me is he limps around and then goes right to being fine during the play.

It can definitely come across as performative.

He's done this for two years each time he gets hit. I like the kid a lot as a person, but this comes off as him being soft af.

I’m to a point that I’m not even sure he’s conscious he’s doing it anymore.

You must have never pushed through an injury where short periods of adrenaline allow you to not really think about it or even feel it

Ill never forget last year, when "he hurt his shoulder" and was out for 3 plays. His very first play back he runs for a first downs and LEAPS into the air for no reason, lands on his shoulder and gets up like nothings wrong.

common ploy by a receiver or db to try and con their counterpart into to thinking they're less than 100% for the upcoming play, for Nuss, and his underwhelming play, it just looks stupid

There was at least two times last night where I said, why are you limping after that tackle? They looked like totally routine and normal tackles.

The interceptions are inexcusable when all you needed was a field goal to likely close game out

Watching the game with my brother he’s calling Nuss dumb. After that interception it made it real hard for me to defend Nuss.

You ever twist a ankle? Where its not really sprained and it doesn't bother you most of the time but if you step a certain way your irritate it again? The after a few minutes you can walk it off? I think that is what is going on with him.

This. I wonder if you went back to his high school tape if he was doing this after hits.

Your body does not have unlimited adrenaline and the dude does it constantly

He’s got an ankle injury, he’s got an ab injury, oblique, whatever… all I know is everything is injured and he’s a saint for playing through these horrific injuries

Yes. Sprained the f’ out of it playing basketball at the LSU field house. Was on crutches for two weeks.
