How is this even possible when your guards and tackles are all 6'6" and 320 pounds? Weston Davis was getting manhandled by a guy 50 pounds lighter than him. Thompson gets no push at all.

How is this even physically possible? Either our technique is terrible, or the S&C coach should be canned.

It’s S&C and the lack of aggression/physicality that our pussy head coach and worthless offensive line coach teach.

No it's not & this excuse is becoming lame & worn out.

You should have just said this & left S&C out of it.

I’ve noticed Weston plays too high w the d linemen getting leverage underneath.

Ah best ground game this year. 166 yds. Sloan's fault right?

It’s truly astounding. I’ve never seen a top 10ish team get so little push up front. Running just looks so damn hard at times this year and for chunks of last season.

When is it reasonable to ask exactly what BK is building at LSU?

This has been a problem foror years. Two years ago it was the defense getting manhandled by G5 players. It's Kelly's mindset. The defense we have should be absolutely wrecking everyone. This team under Les Miles would be wrecking everyone.

Its lack of a tough mentality.

PUT YOUR FLIPPING HAND IN THE DIRT, AND DRIVE OFF THE BALL, OLD SCHOOL….
Get some aggression and be mean….

They just aren’t aggressive….

one of the commentators laid it out pretty well when he said our Olinemen 'stand up' when the ball is snapped, and that allows defenders to get 'under' them and create all the leverage. Our guys are then falling backward and all their energy is just trying to knock fall down.
Our blocking technique is as bad as I have ever seen at this level.

If that's the case & the team is soft overall under Kelly as you claim, why is defense now "wrecking shite"? Because if it was truly Kelly’s mindset the team would be soft across the board & not just in one phase.

I’ll reserve the right to amend this opinion when I do a re-watch, but didn’t think the entire O-line was bad last night. I thought Echols and Davis, particularly Davis, were the weak links. I thought Moore had a pretty good game from what I saw. I really can’t understand why Curne isn’t in for 75 at this point. He wasn’t great vs Ole Piss, but he plays with much better leverage than Davis and he’s got a nasty streak.

Cole Cubelic basically told BK during his interview what he needed to do to fix it. Use the chute to work on pad level and continued leg drive. It's easy to diagnose the problem but we have no one capable of fixing it.

We actually lost 2 fricking yards on a QB sneak. Has that happened ever in the game of football?

Wasn’t it Cubelic that called out this sort of thing during the game?
