Been wanting to do this on my house for a while now. I cleaned the outside windows last week (I have a easy process for that as well) and noticed how dirty the gutters and soffits were on my "new" house. I think the constant rain and moisture got them dirty faster than normal.

I used this stuff and it was a very simple process. One of the easiest/cheapest/fastest things I have done to the house lately with the best result.

Mixed up a gallon of this stuff in a 2 gallon pump up sprayer. Added a gallon of water.

Did about 20 feet at a time.

Spray down the bushes underneath the area, then the gutter and soffit with hose

Covered the area with solution - Let sit about a min or two at the most

Used a soft brush on a extension pole to brush. (The dirt and grime was already coming off before I used the bursh

Rinse off - Re-rinse bushes underneath

I have a one story house and flat yard so no real high gutters. Took me about 60-90 mins to do my entire house including clean up. Very little effort.

Before

After

Cleaner ($11 at home depot)

This thing really makes it way easier too. I use this to clean my pool cage. It has a great stream of water and good focued pressure. Helps with the rinse down

Yep that's where I buy it from. I've use that stuff for multiple applications. It's legit.

Try their glass cleaner. No streaks. The first time I used it I just grabbed the bottle from under the sink. Cleaned a big mirror easily, minimal wiping. I thought “ How awesome is this stuff?” Looked at the label and said “ Oh, it’s Totally Awesome”.

After I used it yesterday, my wife was looking it up on the web and saw that they made glass cleaner. I will try it. I have to clean our big slider a lot at our house. Lots of humidity keeps it dirty.

Thanks. Will give it a try

I've had the worst luck with cleaning dirty gutters. Used gutter grenade at a 10:1 mix rate and it took the paint off of a section. Very weird. Went to 20:1 and that helped, but the tiger stripes returned quick like.

Will try the awesome. So 2:1 mix rate?

I used 1/1. Two gallon sprayer. One gallon of LA and one gallon of water

No issues with paint, stucco or metal. No exposed wood on my home up there.

Black gutters look great and hide the streaks.

Not a option and I assume they would be hot AF down here.

Did my back patio over the weekend. I still have the front and sides of the house to do this upcoming weekend. I used bleach and Jomax.

If you just use this stuff (without bleach), what will kill the mildew/ mold that I'm trying to get rid of?

So I only had one window that had any mold on it. And it was a small amount. Most of what I had was dirt/grime and dead bugs. I had a spray bottle in my cabinet with a bleach/water mix and I sprayed it on the mold when I was doing that particular window. I honestly dont know if the Totally Awesome cleaner would have taken care of it, I just happen to already have that bleach mixed so I hit it with that as well.

I guess I need to up the concentration. I used it a few times with limited success. the tiger stripes not as pronounced but now a light grey. some guys on the house cleaning forums say it can take the paint off which is why I went easy.

I used that on my pavers in the pool area. I wet the pavers, sprayed that stuff on there, let it sit about a min then pressure washed it off. It seemed to work but in just a few weeks, I have the damn mold back again in a few places. I am fighting my pavers and the mold in the cracks right now. I am not sure if I need to just get the polymeric sand and put it in there.
