Massey frustrates the crap out of me because he's so close on a lot of topics but then he'll go full retard at exactly the wrong time almost every time. I get what he's saying there. We need a way to entice the top 1% of IQ on this planet to want to come here. There's another Elon Musk out there somewhere and we don't want that to be China. Everything Trump is asking of these universities is what conservatives want and what helps build a strong society.
