I like Chris Pratt, but this looks bad.

I kinda wonder when Hollywood will be done with Pratt. He's a pretty outspoken Christian conservative.

Man Pratt has some good taste at times, but I also think he is just pay-checking his way through projects.

He makes an absolute dogshit scifi film every year it seems.

Love me some Rebecca Ferguson. Agreed; feels like a Minority Report redux.

And if I want to watch Minority Report I will just rewatch Minority Report. I have no problems with Pratt. I just saw nothing compelling about that Judge Dredd / I Robot / Minority Report amalgamation.

That's what I thought too... the trailer gives away too much, presuming it's not filled to the brim with red herrings.

Does he? or is he a bit guy in a comedy?

Its not his fault these movies stink.

Judging from the roles he is getting, they are

It sucks. I don't understand why he took the career path he has at times. Genuinely funny guy that keeps doing these serious action schlock roles

So... I watched this with the wife tonight. It's streaming on Prime. I was hoping it was going to be a different take on Minority Report. It was OK, but in reality it has a lot of the same elements of the Ice Cube movie War of the Worlds. IYKYK.

Chris Pratt is a good guy but I'm sorry I've just never bought into him being a leading man actor. He's great in a funny buddy role but it's like he started getting these roles just because he got in shape years ago and I just don't think he has the screen presence to pull it off

He 100% is in the first two JW. Writers screwed the franchise on 3

You need to do a little research on that. I would not refer to him as "conservative".

He's a "unity" guy.

quote:

Chris Pratt published an op-ed a few days before Election Day on his mother-in-law Maria Shriver’s website, Sunday Paper, in which he said that he’s focused less on who becomes our next president and more on making sure Americans continue to help one another regardless of the election outcome. Pratt did not publicly endorse either Kamala Harris or Donald Trump in his op-ed, which resulted in some fan disappointment on social media.

“Our strength lies in our people who step across the political aisle not just with the handshake of a good sportsman, but a helping hand to anyone in need,” Pratt wrote. “So, be a good sport. We need you. Our country needs you. Team Red, Team Blue, and Team ‘Didn’t Even Vote,’ too. Your civic duty can be uniquely exercised on November 5th, but there is an even bigger civic duty required the next day: which is to accept the results and focus instead on showing up for each other.”
