Drug, gun trafficking ring busted in French Quarter business
Sounds like it was a pretty large operation.
WDSU
Orleans Parish District Attorney Jason Williams will join federal and state law enforcement officials Wednesday to announce the results of a major investigation into a drug and gun trafficking ring operating out of a French Quarter business.
The store, called Kulture, is located on the 300 block of Burgundy Street just off Bienville Street. Investigators say it was used as a front for a large-scale operation involving illegal drugs and firearms.

The DA’s office seized the business after a court-approved search warrant and months of investigation. Agents recovered large amounts of narcotics, weapons, and evidence of drug trafficking across state lines.

Is this a black-owned business?
I ask because an ad chastising Moreno for denying black-owned businesses licenses popped up in the attached link.

Based on the current criminal justice system and verdicts coming out of Tulane and S. Broad - I expect nothing will happen

The front man involved will probably run for mayor in four years.

If the Feds get involved for crossing state lines with guns and drugs they will go down.
