Why is it that so many young adults... talking the 20-32 year old range just cannot seem to function normally. They all claim to have panic attacks, or anxiety over simple things like answering a damn phone or going to the store.

Was it the constant cell phone use(always being in their phone and not interacting with people) over the past decade that messed them up.. This really needs to be looked into, although we know it won't because big pharma LOVES all the billions of dollars they are getting from selling SSRI drugs...

Or is this from the participation trophy generation. It really sucks because it makes finding good employees nearly impossible.

The same question could be what happened to parents the last 40 years?

I graduated high school in 2000 and even then most of my peers came from split home dumpster fires.

This goes back to Bill Ayers(one of Obamas heroes)days.... it started when the Marxsit (Bill Ayers types) began subverting education.
It's been more prolific in the big cities, but has infected all of our public education.

Because most if not all of their communication is not face to face...

Parents turned secular and communities hollowed out.

Raising children happens within communities, we no longer have that.

A brain isn’t fully formed until you are 25… these young adults’ minds are being corrupted by left winged professors.

I’ll give my kids credit. They absolutely throw themselves into the fire. They take on difficult expectations. It’s not that they aren’t nervous or afraid, but they do it anyway. I was much more reserved and risk averse at that age than they are. All my kids are in the demographic you listed. There are outliers in that demographic. Most of them are young conservative men though. I’d bet we have others here on this board who have kids like mine. Conservatives are built different.

The younger generations think you make friends on social media. You need to get out and actually meet and talk to people.

My sons largely have zero social media presence. Most of their male friends are the same. They are out doing things like fishing, working out, playing sports, hanging out, etc. The problem isn’t with the young men. The young females have been destroyed by social media.

I have a 21yo nephew that fits this. Terrified of even slightly important phone calls. Driving terrifies him. Spends all his free time on computer games.

Don't know wtf his future holds. My sister thinks it would be a "GREAT" idea for him to live with me. I think the police would be called within a month of trying to live with him.

They never got the belt. It used to work wonders for putting things into perspective.
