Gruden is a big name, but that’s just it. He has not run a SEC football program, so we’ve no guarantee he would be great. We don’t want anymore B grade guys. We’re searching for an A+ guy.

Yeah, things are working out great at UNC.
While we’re thinking about it, besides Carroll has there EVER been a former NFL head coach go to college and win a title or have any success? And Saban doesn’t count because he already had college experience/success before moving on to a short NFL stint and coming back to college.
The only NFL to college success (at an elite level) I can ever remember is Carroll.

There is nobody out there with Gruden's background and knowledge of the game that's available to hire. (And he just stated a few weeks ago that he wanted to coach again and IN THE SEC)

Chucky made the devastating mistake of using a "Homophobic" word in an e-mail. That's the nonsensical BS reason that he got fired from the Raeda's (Chris Berman)
So, who yall got? Who could LSU realistically hire that's more qualified than Jon Gruden. Gruden, with a great OFFENSIVE STAFF and the current Defensive Staff would kill it at LSU!
