Bond between two genuine, likeable coaches. I wonder what Jay thinks of CBK.

Brian Kelly please retire in the next year and let’s promote Baker to HC.

Brent Venables is working out pretty well for Oklahoma. Baker is a way more enthusiastic, competent person than BK

There is always different factors besides money but on that subject IIRC he is the highest paid coordinator in NCAA or pretty close. 80% of the HCs out there do not make what he makes.

I know a world outside of LSU doesn't exist for some of you, but without a really good season for Oklahoma Venables was likely out. But sure its working out pretty well.

Not all great Coordinators make great Head Coaches.
It would be a calculated risk and don't know if McWoodward would pull that trigger...........
