The video by itself shows that he couldn't have caused the accident. Mfrs convicted the kid immediately. And the folks on this site that shite on him will never admit it to themselves.

Not super familiar with the facts of this case and have reserved comment but with other topics here over 20 years this is the pattern:
Weak minds have weak thoughts which become strong opinions, an incorrect consensus builds, everyone organizes around it, they slam and ridicule anyone who dissents and they hide when proven wrong. Cynical ideologues rush in to make political points to gain power or advantage. Very few people ever stop up to say that they were wrong. Which begs the question; maybe we should have ALL the evidence before we offer definitive opinions.
Fire. AIM. Ready.

Why is it damning to the DAs office? They were the ones who disproved the LSPs account. You obviously didn’t understand the video. The lawyer clearly stated the DAs office feels that Lacy couldn’t have caused the accident.
