The narrative suggesting the Kyren was in any way the primary cause of the accident is completely refuted by the objective evidence , including video surveillance and vehicle “black box” data.
It seems likely based on how witness reports were handled and how questioning was done that LSP felt like Kyren was at fault and sought to prove that as opposed to actually trying to figure out what happened.

You see the collision and then after that Lacy's car is seen 4 seconds later. He wasn't anywhere near them when they crashed, nor was he speeding. There was a car between him and the wrecked car.

He was not given his due process. People convicted him of killing a veteran before anything had been proven. It’s really sad actually, someone who was dealing with mental health struggles had that piled on and likely contributed to him being pushed over the edge. Social media has ruined everything.

Absolutely sickening how this shite was handled. It ruined his potential career in the NFL and drove him to suicide. I'm not saying that he had to kill himself, but for a man that worked his whole life to achieve his dream at getting into the NFL...for it to be taken away like that over some bullshite that had nothing to do with you...has got to be devastating and depressing.

Wow. Terrible for everyone involved.
Families that were already destroyed are now WORSE off than before.
Another family, who is now apparently at fault, has to deal with everything now.
Lacy & his family are owed MILLIONS of apologies from every sports writer/commentatatator + 10,000s of posters here on TD alone.

Kyren is well behind the accident and had nothing to do with it. There was actually a car inbetween Kryen and the car of the guy that was killed.
Kyren just went around the accident well after it happened.
The fact that he somehow got blamed for all of this and all the misinformation trying to say he did some wrongdoing is just ridiculous.
We have got to stop reporting guesswork as facts in this country.

That old guy literally told the cops on bodycam that the lady caused the wreck because she swerved into the lane to avoid running into the back of the old man.
The cops based their entire investigation off of the lady that caused the accidents statement.
Cops are notorious for this. They typically believe the first person they talk to and then looks for ways to confirm their presumption
