These 'elite' recruiters have to go

Hankton, Brad Davis, and Wilson no longer add the juice needed for recruiting now that the bag rules all. Sloan should've been let go the day after Underwood took the Michigan money. They are each awful coaching their positions, so why are they still here?

I can't get on the Hankton hate. Guy has recruited but also produced while here. I bet Georgia would take him back in a second with how poor their WR room has looked since he left. Now all the others mentioned, different story!

I agree with everything but the Hankton and Wilson takes.

We keep going 3 and out but we aren’t doing anything different to change that. Sloan needs to go.

Like others...Brad Davis can kick rocks. He can't develop anyone with marginal talent. His blocking schemes and the OL talent pool don't mix. No one has really developed much past their floor IMO.
I have no problem with Cortez and Wilson. Cortez has a mediocre group outside of Barion and Aaron...and with Aaron's brick hands...he may be falling into that group.
Wilson has brought in stud after stud...regardless the talent is there. Provide the OL and these guys will thrive.

Get a real OC and you can have all recruiters if you want.

Hankton will most likely be demoted to just a WR coach. Wilson will not be let go. Brad Davis will be along with Sloan. But the issue becomes when you bring in a new OC hes going to want full control which would require Hankton losing the title which would mean that Hankton would likely leave rather than being demoted.

do we need recruiters anymore? Just get bagmen and agents who are good at the art of negotiating. It literally should be HC and position coach look at the talent and decide who they want, then give it to the agents who will decide the price.
