First episode is in Berwick then the group of Louisiana residents film episodes in Texas.
All while cooking Louisiana cuisine

On episode 2, I think that I heard him tell the guy at the Pro-Drive Dealership that he lives in Florida now.

What happened to Out da Bayou John Jackson’s show? He said it was being picked up by Discovery Channel and then it disappeared.
