This is objectively incorrect and betrays a fundamental misunderstanding of how IQ numbers are set. The scoring is intentionally calibrated for 100 to be the median. Period. Half of the scored population should be above 100 and half should be below. Anytime that starts to get offset, they re-calibrate 100 so that is once again true. If you raptured every person below an IQ of 100, the next time they re-calibrated the test, half of the people who were previously above 100 would now be below 100. That's literally how it works.

I know that south ark people have the lowest IQ levels I have ever been around. I worked at the medical center in El Dorado and I swear all the management except a few nursing directors were completely void of common sense. And administration was worse. Just a bunch of dumb, dumb people. You couldn;t even go to the restroom without someone knocking on the door asking why the door was locked.
