Let’s just say Kelly has had enough and retires at the end of the season..who would you go after?

Upper tier guys like Lanning or Kiffin..maybe Freeman or Cignetti?

Up and comers like Key or Fisch or Clark Lea?

Or maybe good coordinator like Stein or Grubb or just give reins to Baker?

Freeman or Lanning would be great but neither would leave for LSU. Kiffin probably would, but I think he goes to Florida.

I think you’re out of your mind if you don’t think Kiffin would build a dynasty at LSU.

Freeman said no to LSU twice. Get over this head coaching change. You people are crazy

Doesn't matter. We aren't getting one. Woodward screwed LSU just like he did aggy.

You're out of your mind if you think anyone can build a dynasty anywhere in the NIL era.

Living in MS, I deal with OM a lot. Lane would kill it here.

Jon Sumrall would be good, I think he needs to do it at a bigger level.

At some point, Cignetti at Indiana has to be considered. He’s winning… at Indiana.

EDIT: in this new rev share era where everyone is going to be working with nearly identical budgets, you’re going to have to get a good X and O coach to stand out.

The A&M Board of Trustees screwed Aggy, not Woodward.

Woodward was gone when A&M gave Jimbo the absurd buyout.

Jimbo didn't do squat at aggy. Woodward hired him.

It’s time for an offensive minded coach. I hate the let’s keep the game close style. Playing not to loose.

Kelly isn’t getting fired the next 2-3 seasons. So this is an exercise in futility.

What I don’t want to hear is “we need a proven head coach”

Why? Why do we of all places have to hire a proven head coach?

Well yall are going to hate this but I loved Coach O

He loves the tigers. He’s affable and entertaining. He’s a fraction of the cost and motivated.

Downside, he’s probably going to frick some coeds and go a little lax on team discipline

I bet he beats ole miss though
