T-Bob Mainstream TV/Barstool

I know T-Bob left ESPN BR for Barstool, but had no clue he is the host of Wake Up Barstool that airs on Fox Sport One (FS1) every morning. Weird seeing him on there, and supposedly the ratings are dwindling. He does a good job defending LSU when he has the chance.

My understanding is that their "TV Numbers" are low, granted it is the early slot on FS1 which does play second fiddle to ESPN. That being said, a lot of the Barstool viewership comes from when it is viewed on Youtube or clips posted on twitter. One of those weird spots where, yes, traditional viewership has been low but there is more eyes on it than people realize.

Barstoll got the timeslot because no one watched the prior programming either. Cable television is worthless, the show needs to be easily streamed.

Yeah, they need to add it to stream live on YouTube. I do find the show entertaining and TBob is actually a damn good host.

It does stream on Youtube after the show is over. FS1 is obviously not going to allow a live stream
Also the live sports clips don't appear on the youtube stream

Yea hopefully Fox Sports gives it time to gain some traction. T-Bob does a good job hosting and it's more interesting than the ESPN product. It's a rough time slot though.

I've generally liked it. Its better than the screaming crap ESPN is putting out, and TBob has actually done a great job.
He will likely be able to parley this when his contract is up into an even bigger thing if he wants

Its a different era. Instead of nice steady ratings they go for the "epic clip". All of the Barstool content is for the wow, the clip that gets shared 5 million times.
T Bob is perfect for that.
