We are overrun with deer.
TPWD says to harass by shooting them with bb/pellet gun.

Recommendations?

I got overrun with deer and the TWRA wrote me a permit to harass them at night with a Barrett .300 blackout with a thermal scope. You should ask again.

Not even with a real air rifle? They make some that would kill the shite out of a deer.

Get some south Louisiana boys out there, they could have that deer population decimated within a season or two.

Blue heeler dog. Even the birds will fly around your property.

Any pellet rifle would do what you want. I'd get one with a silenced (shrouded) barrel. No nfa on air rifles. 500 tin of .22 crossman's still under 7$ at mal wart.

Thanks for the suggestions.
My 2 yr old Springer Spaniel does a pretty good job chasing them off of the property.

With rutt season approaching, I grow concerned about the bucks harming her.

Get a tall ladder stand or comfortable climbing stand , and a good quality compound bow. Fill the freezer.
